The problem may be with a partner or Ex, a co-parent, a parent, a sibling, an adult child, or someone in your work-life. You feel constantly on edge and frequently blind-sided, exploited, disappointed, manipulated, gas-lighted, and stuck in no-win situations. 

I get it. I believe you. I know you are hungry for change.  

My practice is dedicated to helping people struggling to be relaxed, peaceful, and happy with themselves, in their bodies, and in their relationships. It's doing the world no good for you to be not living your best life. You owe it to yourself, the people who love you, and the community you live in to change these dynamics or to get yourself to higher ground. 

I know how to help you reset your sense of direction, build skills for regaining your emotional freedom, protect yourself from further damage, and recover.
